Bring your character into Roblox Studio

Last updated: 8 August 2026

Studio can open your character straight away. There is nothing to convert and nothing to install. It is three clicks.

The rest of this page is about the size rules, which your character passes with room to spare, and what to do if something looks odd.

Bring it in

  1. Make a character and save it

Go to the Brainrot Generator and press GENERATE until you get a character you like. It is free and there is nothing to sign up for.

Then open the Share tab and press Download .glb. You get one file with the colours and patterns already inside it, so there is nothing else to keep track of.

  2. Open the importer

In Studio, click File ▸ Import and pick your file.

  3. Check it, then bring it in

A window shows your character and a list of its parts. If it looks tiny, make it bigger here (see the box below). Then confirm.

Is your character allowed in?

Yes, with lots of room to spare. Here are the real rules, and how your character measures up, so you do not have to take our word for it:

How detailed a part may be Up to 20,000 triangles each. Your whole character is about 310 to 500 — hundreds of times under the limit.
No holes in the shapes Fine. Every part is a closed box.
Nothing paper-thin Fine. Even the eyes are solid blocks.
File types allowed .glb, .gltf, .fbx and .obj. This site gives you .glb.
Colours and patterns Inside the file. Studio picks them up.

It will probably come in small. Your character is about two units tall, which is shorter than a Roblox character.

Make it bigger in the import window rather than stretching the parts afterwards. That way it grows evenly instead of going lumpy.

It comes in as separate parts

Your character arrives as several pieces, not one lump — body, head, the two arms, the two legs, plus wings or a tail if it has them.

That is on purpose. It is what lets you move one arm on its own or recolour a single piece. If you would rather have one solid thing, group the parts and weld them once they are in Studio.

Your model gets checked before you can use it publicly. Anything you bring in is saved to your account and gets reviewed, like everything else you upload.

There is nothing odd about a character from here — they are blocky shapes with made-up nonsense names. But the check is not instant. Waiting is normal and does not mean something failed.

If something looks wrong

Want to make it walk or wave? See the animating guide — Roblox Studio needs a bit more setting up than the other programs, and that page explains it.

Notes

The file types and the 20,000 triangle limit come from Roblox's own creator documentation. Triangle counts and file sizes are measured from real characters made on this site. Studio's menus change now and then; if a menu name here is not quite what you see, the importer will be close by in the same menu.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Product and company names are used only to describe software this model can be imported into.
