These are the rules for using Brainrot Creator at brainrotcreator.com. They are written in plain English on purpose. If you use the site, these rules apply to you.

The short version. What you make here is yours as far as the law allows, and you can sell it. The site itself is free, and it comes with no promises. Do not copy the site or try to break it. If something goes wrong, email makotodevgx+contact@gmail.com.

Who this site is for

Brainrot Creator is written for people aged 13 and over. When you first arrive, the site asks for the year you were born. Nobody is turned away. If you tell us you are under 13, the site keeps working and the advertising you see is not personalised.

This is an answer you type in, not a check we run. We have no way to know whether it is true, and the site does not verify anyone's age.

What you make is yours

The characters you build here are made by the site's own code, from shapes it draws. Nothing belonging to anyone else is put into them on purpose. The .glb files and the pictures you download are yours to keep and yours to use.

As far as the law allows, the person who runs this site claims no ownership of what you make with it, and asks for nothing in return. You can use it in anything, including games and videos you sell. You do not need to ask, and you do not need to credit the site — though it is always welcome.

Two honest limits on that. Copyright works differently from country to country, and what counts as yours in one place may not in another, so this is not a promise that you own the file everywhere. And once you add other people's material to it — a texture, a sound, a name, an animation — that part is theirs, not ours to give. Whatever you make of it afterwards, staying inside the law is your side of the deal.

Nothing you make is uploaded. Your characters are saved in your own browser, so the site never holds a copy and never sees one.

What is not yours

The site itself is a different thing from what you make with it. The words, the pictures, the page designs and the code that runs Brainrot Creator belong to the person who made it.

Please do not copy the site, rebuild it somewhere else, or pass its code off as your own. You are welcome to read it. Every file is sent to your browser, so you can look at how it works and learn from it. What is not allowed is republishing it.

Things not to do

Do not:

Copy the site's pages, text or code to publish somewhere else.
Use bots or scripts to download the site in bulk.
Try to break the site, overload it, or get into parts of it that are not meant to be public.
Use the site to do anything against the law.
Interfere with the advertising, or try to make money from clicks that nobody really made.

The site comes as it is

Brainrot Creator is free, and it is offered as is. That means there is no promise that it will always work, that it will work on your device, or that it will stay the same.

The site is one person's project. It may change, it may break, and one day it may stop. Features can be added or taken away without warning.

Save your work. Your characters live in your browser and nowhere else. If you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or switch to another device, they are gone and cannot be recovered. Download the .glb file for anything you want to keep.

Limits on responsibility

As far as the law allows, the person who runs this site is not responsible for any loss that comes from using it. That includes lost characters, lost time, lost work, or lost earnings.

This site is free, so there is nothing to refund. If a court decides something is owed anyway, the most that could be owed is 50 US dollars.

Some countries do not allow limits like these. Where that is the case, the law of your country wins and this section does not take away rights you already have.

Advertising

The site is paid for by advertising, shown by Google. The Privacy & Cookie Policy explains what that means for your data and how to change your choices.

If you think something here is yours

Everything on this site is meant to be original. Characters are built from shapes and their names are made up by a program, so no real person, brand or character is used.

If you believe something on the site copies work you own, email makotodevgx+contact@gmail.com. Please include:

Which page it is on, and a link to it.
What the work is, and where your own copy of it can be seen.
How to reach you.
A note saying you believe the use was not allowed, and that what you have told us is true.

Anything that turns out to be a genuine copy will be taken down. This is also the address to use for a formal DMCA notice.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

Which country's law applies

This site is run from El Salvador, and the law of El Salvador applies to these terms. Any dispute would be handled by the courts there.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your local consumer rights still apply. Nothing in this section takes those away, and you can still bring a case where you live.
